We have been working for over 10 years on office refurbishment for fit out companies based in the North west of England, We create working drawing and tender packs for projects valuing from £300,000 to £6 million plus projects.
Your interior scheme will be developed by our experienced technical team to help deliver a buildable design. It is essential that accurate and precise drawings are provided to the contract team to avoid any unexpected surprises, we make sure they are supplied with all the correct details needed to be able to build your project .
Our drawings packs hold all the information needed to allow you to obtain accurate tender prices for the works to be undertaken or build from if your project is Design and Build. Our technical skills and abilities allow for cost effective design packs to be produced which would include General Arrangement, Partition Types, Partition Setting Out, Floor Finishes, RCP, Joinery Drawings etc.
We can take the project on site and co-ordinate with the whole delivery team working closely with professional teams and consultants ( Mechanical, Electrical and Joinery Contractors ) helping to make the correct decisions for your project and co-ordinated with each other seamlessly.
Our drawing packs can be tailored to provide accurate tender prices, or to be used in the design and build process, It is your choice on how much or how little we can help you with.

About Our Business
It is our understanding from client feedback that they experience difficulties visualising 2d plans, elevations or detailed drawings whereas they have a clear view of what to expect with a 3d image or walkthrough.
Zero zero one's expertise is in translating these flat and complicated technical drawings into simple 3d visual images for all to understand.
We convert anything from primitive on-site sketches ("the back of a fag packet") to fully detailed design work. We have the skills and expertise to help you communicate your ideas to your clients in a cost effective manner utilising 3d computer generated visuals or animations.
What is the average timescale of a project?
This can be around 1-3 weeks, however this depends on the current workload and the size of project, so please contact us in advance to ensure we can meet your deadlines.
What information is required to produce the visuals?
In an ideal world, we require information regarding the elements you want seen in the view, such as floor plans, elevations, photos, furniture schedules and material specifications. If its more conceptual we can work with less, however as we know getting all this information can be hard!
Can the visuals be seen throughout the process?
The visuals can be seen as much or as little as you require! Render times can vary though so generally it is best to ask for a preview at certain stages of the process. We can render over night at the end of the working day and send a link to the client for them to see progress and to add comments.
What is the final image size?
We can render from sizes A4 to A1 to suit your project.
Where is the design studio?
From Huddersfield Road A644, follow the signs for the Mirfield train station located on Station Road. Going past Lidl and under the bridge, take the first left up the cobbled road towards the train station car park, When at the top of the road, the car park is on the left; go straight up through the metal fence entrance past the taxi rank. At the back of the compound, you will see our building on the right hand side and you will find our design studio on ground floor.
